For USOFTA-certificate jobs

Cap the USOFTA certificate. Keep the provider key.

A WO/CTC/RVC origin extract, USOFTA preference coding, or USOFTA certificate-of-origin packet job can keep calling a standing provider secret after the USOFTA preference fields are coded. Issue a Till key for that job with a required request ceiling so remaining capacity stays readable and the worker can stop.

One USOFTA-certificate job. One envelope.

Isolate the USOFTA-certificate traffic, not the provider account.

  1. 01
Issue a disposable Till key for the USOFTA-certificate job

Set the request ceiling from expected origin-criterion fields and retries, then add optional token, estimated-spend, expiry, and IP bounds when the USOFTA worker needs a tighter envelope.

  2. 02
The provider credential stays behind Till

The USOFTA-certificate job uses a Till key, not an unconstrained provider secret in the worker process. When the job is retired, revoke or let expiry stop that key without rotating every connection.

  3. 03
This is not a customs authority

Till does not issue USOFTA certificates, certify USOFTA origin, or replace a customs authority or issuing body. It is a hosted control layer in front of 12 AI providers: a required request ceiling and optional token, spend, expiry, and IP controls.

  4. 04
Pro: $59/month, 25 scoped keys, 25,000 monthly activations

Those are plan limits. Public signup is closed; request Pro beta access. Provider inference is billed by the provider. Till charges a platform subscription.

A Till key is still a bearer secret.

Connect provider accounts once. Each USOFTA-certificate job gets a disposable Till key with a required request ceiling and optional token, estimated-spend, expiry, and IP controls. Till is not a zero-knowledge vault, a USOFTA-certificate issuer, or a replacement for provider billing or IAM.

Before the worker starts

Size the envelope from the packet.

  1. 01
    Count the expected records

Start with the number of origin extracts, preference-code decisions, or certificate packets the job must process.

  2. 02
    Add deliberate retry headroom

Make the required request ceiling large enough for the worker’s documented retries, without turning it into a standing monthly allowance.

  3. 03
Retire the key with the batch

Use expiry or revocation when the packet is complete so a finished USOFTA-certificate job cannot keep spending the provider account.
